Apparel

Return any Apparel item within 14 days, no questions asked. We’ve got your back. If your item is arrives damaged we’ll even pay for return shipping.

Email hello@cinderstreet.com to request a Refund Order. Please include your name, order number, and a description of the item you are attempting to refund so we can make sure the return goes to the right department.

Please note that any abuse of this policy may result in the automatic termination of your future orders.

Membership Certificates

Unactivated membership certificates may be returned up to 14 days from purchase. Please note, we cannot redeem certificates for cash to any individual other than the buyer. Returns will be placed back on the card used in the original purchase.

Membership Certificates remain usable for up to 6 months from the time of purchase.

Activated Memberships

Much like a yearly subscription to Disney+, Squarespace, or other platform services, we do not offer full or prorated returns on Activated Memberships.

Just like these other platforms, when you pay for a yearly membership, you and Cinder Studio Inc. execute a contract (services for 1 year in exchange for a once-a-year fee). We use these membership fees to invest in upcoming infrastructure, staff, and more. Given the low monthly cost of the platform, we take all memberships as yearly subscriptions.

If you need to stop your subscription at any time we can help you do that, no questions asked. Once you contact us we will change your subscription such that we will not auto-renew after your current subscription expires. Simply email hello@cinderstreet.com to request your subscription renewal be canceled. Please include your username, email address, and name to help us identify your subscription.
